In a base of: superdophilus acidophilus, l-methionine, l-lysine, l-cysteine, l-arginine, l-threonine, cellulase, huang bai, pyridoxine HCL (vitamin B6), semen cuscutae, radix angelicae, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), golden seal root, niacinamide (vitamin B3), magnesium aspartate, methionine-bound zinc, biotin (vitamin B7), vegetable capsules (cellulose ethers), rice flour, and dextrose. Suggested Use: Unless advised by a physician, take 2-4 capsules twice daily. More may be taken if needed however do not exceed a maximum of 12 capsules daily.
