Recovery Magnesium Spray also contains pure essential oils‚ including Black Pepper Oil‚ Pink Grapefruit Oil‚ Thyme Oil and Marjoram Oil to increase circulation and help ease muscle soreness.

Suggested Use
Spray directly on muscle areas immediately after exercise to relieve muscle stress and strain from vigorous exercise. Continue to apply during the day to relieve muscle areas affected by deep tissue soreness.
