Preparation Instructions:

1) Place 1 cup of NOW Real Food® Organic Sprouted Brown Rice with 2½ cups of water in a pot.

2) Allow for mixture to reach a soft boil.

3) Cover with tight fitting lid and place on low heat for 45-50 minutes.

4) Uncover and let it stand for 5 minutes.

5) Fluff with fork and enjoy!
