Found in the tropical forests of India and Sri Lanka, the leaves of gymnema make a unique herbal tea, and has been used for over 2000 years.

Gymnema tea may be an unfamiliar one to many people around the world, as it has only made its introduction to the western world in recent years. This is not the case in India, where gymnema can be found growing naturally. Gymnema is a vine-like climbing herb found in the tropical forests of India and Sri Lanka. In India, it is harvested for its leaves, which can be either chewed or dried out to be used for making an herbal tea. Indians have consumed gymnema tea for more than two thousand years, and today it is available to people worldwide.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fresh water is essential for brewing a great cup of tea.

- Use one teabag per cup of boiling water.
- Cover and steep for 3 to 6 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and enjoy!
