I have taken ginseng since I was a teenager and it in fact does help provide you with a burst of energy. Now that I am older and work out a lot, I take two tables 3 hours after I eat so it is balanced between my meals. I love that this has been around for about 1000 years which has stood the test of time. This product will absolutely exceed your expectations as it has mine after all these years.
