For the price and value, a great multivitamin. Easy to go down and are not going to find it any cheaper than on this website. Could feel a decent difference from regular store brought vitamins. Again, size was a good difference that doesn't make it crazy to swallow. Would recommend to most everyone looking for an entry level type multi vitamin. Complementing with a solid protein would create a good day's supplement taking, especially after a workout. The quick shipping was a fantastic bonus and the prices were cheap on it. Love the site and love the product availability on a constant basis!
