chain triglycerides ( MCTs ), which are less likely to be stored

Combined with essential fatty acids, it is a perfect addition to
an overall healthy lipid program. Suggested Use: 1
tablespoon 2 to 3 times daily. May be used as a replacement for
other types of cooking oils, in blended drinks such as
smoothies, or spread on toast in place of butter or margarine.
