If your New Year’s resolution is to get healthier, there are many things you can do besides signing up for a gym membership. The best way to get in shape is to pick an activity you enjoy and just do it more. Riding a bike regularly is an obvious choice, but eating dark chocolate and drinking beer in moderation also help with health. You can also try to get a little extra sleep and tape record yourself while sleeping to check for warning signs. Fish and fiber are also two things you can add to your diet.
