I have heard about some of the health benefits of cumin. At first, I though this sounded to good to be true. Then as I watched more of the video I had a better understanding of the health benefits of cumin. I do not think it is healthy to lose 30 pounds in 1 month. You would almost have to starve yourself in order to accomplish this. A person would also lose to much muscle mass to achieve this.
