KEY INGREDIENT(S): 100% pure Macadamia Nut Oil, certified organic
MAIN PRODUCT FEATURES: Fat Compositon: 81% Monounsaturated, 3% Polyunsaturated, 16% Saturated Higher in healthy monounsaturated fats than any other oil, including olive oil; Macadamia Nut Oil has an ideal 1:1 ratio of Omega-3 vs. Omega-6 fats; A naturally high smoke point of 400-450 degrees makes this unrefined oil a versatile cooking oil.
