As a dietary supplement this is a great product. I started using this and after the first month I noticed some great results. I'll continue using this product for awhile and can't wait to see further results after a whole year of this dietary supplement. My snacking problems at night are no more and I'm very energetic during the mornings now. I recommend trying this product if you want to lose some weight and start living a healthier active lifestyle.
