My brother and I take Solaray's Hawthorn on a regular basis to keep our hearts and blood circulation function well.I used to have a lot of pain in my hands and feet because of poor blood flow but the pain went off completely after i started using Hawthorne. It has no side effects and also helps with sore throats and sleeplessness.
