I have always relied on a good vitamin product as a supplement to my daily dose of nutrients intake. I am a professional body builder and I keep on experimenting with different products until I hit upon the correct formula. Solaray Food carotene is a very good vitamin product for its price, and I have found it extremely healthy and result oriented. I would definitely recommend it for others.
