'This is a great product for when you have been directed to take a calcium supplement but you have a problem swallowing the enormous pills that you usually have to swallow if you have to take calcium. It mixes with pretty much any liquid you would drink on a normal basis and the taste is virtually non-existent. I like to take it with orange juice, since OJ has a strong taste and that tends to cover up any taste from an additive like this one. I saw almost immediate results; I had been having problems sleeping and was prescribed calcium supplements for that. Within a week, I was sleepign through the night.
