This is one of my wellness staples! For many years, I have relied on an Echinacea and Goldenseal blend. I use it when I feel any respiratory illness coming on – runny nose, sneezing, cough, shortness of breath, etc. And then when we are deep into the cold and flu season, I will routinely take it even in the absence of symptoms, taking it for 2 weeks, off one week, and then resuming this cycle. But its benefits aren’t limited to fighting colds. I also have successfully used it when I feel as if I might have any other type of infections, since I consider Goldenseal a natural antibiotic. Taking this powerful duo in the form of an extract is the best way to get the quickest relief from your symptoms.
