If you have a racing heart that could be another indication. If you are experiencing any of these things make an appointment with your doctor to check your bone health.
- There are four distinct signs that may indicate your bones are in danger. If you experience any of these, consult with your doctor.
- Nails that chip easily could be an indicator of weak bones. Low collagen levels in the nails may reflect low collagen in the bones.
- Receding gums are another red flag. When your jaw becomes weak, your gums recede. Teeth can then fall out more easily.
