In the long run, the lack of water can lead to permanent functional damage within the body. Arthritis, ulcers, and Alzheimer are a few conditions cause from chronic lack of water. To prevent these symptoms from occurring and to prevent the use of pharmaceutical drugs people should strive to reach a healthy daily intake of water.
