People need to be consuming nearly three quarts of water daily or half their bodies weight in ounce to maintain a health and promote internal wellness. If a person does not intake the daily requirement of water than vital organs like the heart, kidneys, liver may not function properly. In the long run, the lack of water can lead to permanent functional damage within the body. Arthritis, ulcers, and Alzheimer are a few conditions cause from chronic lack of water. To prevent these symptoms from occurring and to prevent the use of pharmaceutical drugs people should strive to reach a healthy daily intake of water.
