Subject: Protein and carb intake post-exercise can benefit bone health, study finds
Part of my current employment requirements are that I remain physically fit and after particular tough workouts I will drink protein shake but had no idea that it could benefit my bone health. Avoiding injury is going to be important as I have noticed when I get injured now I do not bounce back as quickly as I use to.
